Processing Times
- In-stock items ship within 2–3 working days of order confirmation
- Custom bat builds are handcrafted to your specification and ready within 7 days, as outlined on our Build Your Own Bat page
Order confirmation happens once payment has been received and verified (see Payment section below).
Shipping Within Pakistan
We ship domestic orders via Leopards Courier, a trusted nationwide courier service. Estimated delivery time will be confirmed once your order is dispatched.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. Delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout or by our team once your order is placed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities upon arrival.
Payment Before Shipping
Because our bats and protective gear are high-value, precision-crafted products, orders are shipped only once payment has been received in full:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Pakistan. When a COD order is placed, our team will contact you to confirm the order — however, given the value of our products, we require 100% advance payment via bank transfer before the order is shipped. True pay-on-delivery is not offered for our current product range.
- Worldwide online payments are accepted for both local and international customers, and orders are confirmed once payment is received.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share your tracking details via WhatsApp/phone so you can follow your order to your doorstep.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product, and we'll work with you to resolve it. If your shipment appears lost in transit, reach out to us and we'll investigate with our courier partner directly.
