Products & Pricing
- We manufacture and sell cricket bats, protective gear, kit bags, and accessories, including fully custom-built bats made to your specification
- Prices listed on our Site and rate lists are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without prior notice
- We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the affected order, and will notify you before proceeding
How to Order
- Message us — place your order or custom bat build via WhatsApp at +92 330 0606408, or through our online store
- Make payment — for bank transfers, pay into our official account (details below) and share your payment receipt via WhatsApp for confirmation. For online orders, complete payment through our Site's checkout
- We ship — once payment is confirmed, your order is processed and dispatched as outlined in our Shipping Policy
Payment Terms
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders within Pakistan only. Due to the high value of our products, COD orders require 100% advance payment via bank transfer before dispatch — our team will contact you to arrange this after you place a COD order
- Online payments are accepted worldwide through our Site
- Orders are only considered confirmed once payment has been received and verified by our team

Custom Orders
Custom-built bats (grade, weight, profile, and handle selected by the customer) are made to order specifically for you based on the specifications you provide. Please double-check your selections before confirming — once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except in the case of a genuine manufacturing defect (see our Exchange & Return Policy).

Third-Party Brands
Where we sell products from other manufacturers (including CA, MB, and HS) as an authorized reseller, those products remain subject to the respective manufacturer's own warranty and quality terms, in addition to our standard shipping and payment terms.
Limitation of Liability
While we take care in manufacturing and shipping our products, TDG is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use, delays in delivery caused by courier partners, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from your use of our Site or purchase of our products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
